Cloud Support Engineer
Responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and supporting of cloud-based infrastructure and its solutions.
Expertise with various AWS Services (IAM, EC2, VPC, ELB, Autoscaling, RDS, IAM, S3, Route 53, and CloudWatch).
Experience in log monitoring using Grafana and AWS CloudWatch logs.
Experience in implementing AWS Security groups to restrict unauthorised traffic to any of the instances.
Creating Snapshots and Amazon machine images (AMIs) of the instances for the purpose of backup and Disaster Recovery.
Initiating alarms in CloudWatch service for monitoring the server's performance, CPU Utilization, disk usage etc. to take recommended actions for better performance.
Experience in architecting and configuring secure VPC using private and public networks through subnets in AWS.
Experience in building S3 buckets, managed bucket policies and used S3 bucket and Glacier for storage and backup on AWS.
Review escalated issues from the Level 1 Customer Care and Technical Support teams to identify trends, issues, and coordinate resolutions between various departments.
Assist customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues using troubleshooting techniques that follow guidelines.
Engineering tickets, track and proactively follow up to resolution.
